FAQ
These are the most common questions I get asked about working with me!

How much does productivity consulting cost?
- $595 / month for bi-weekly sessions
- $325 / month for monthly sessions
- $350 / hour for hourly, ad hoc sessions
What's the commitment?
- For first-time clients, I ask for a 3-month commitment, usually bi-weekly (6 total sessions).
- After those 6 sessions are finished, some clients continue bi-weekly, some switch to monthly, some quarterly, and some feel they have gotten what they need and move on.
- Each session is 1 hour, over Zoom.
- We pre-book all sessions for the same agreed-upon time slot.
- Between sessions, you will usually have homework, taking the tools or skills you've learned in the session and testing them in your day-to-day.
What are the payment terms, and what forms of payment do you accept?
- An invoice for your first month will be sent upon agreeing to work together and booking your time slot.
- Future invoices are sent on the 1st of each month, net 30.
- If you live in Canada, you can pay via e-transfer.
- If you are outside of Canada, you can pay via Stripe or Wise.
When do you schedule your sessions?
- Sessions are generally scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. MST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Other options will be arranged if you live in a timezone where those times are unsuitable.
What can I expect in our sessions?
- What happens in the sessions depends on the type of challenges you are looking to work on!
- Generally, the first session covers things like what kind of responsibilities you have in your role, what your current schedule looks like, how you currently make decisions, how you currently do things, what's working, what isn't, things you wish you were doing but aren't, your primary challenges and what you want to tackle first.
- The following sessions are about pulling on those threads! Identifying potential tools or habit changes, digging into things like your motivators, gaining self-awareness, shifting how you think about your time, and getting clarity on your true priorities.

Client testimonial
I hate using the word "busy" to describe how I'm doing, but my career seems to have kept me in that mode for longer than I can remember and my calendar over the past year started giving me claustrophobia (sometimes manifesting as anxiety attacks). Having known Ashley for the better part of the last decade, and knowing she professionally coaches on productivity, I finally asked her for help. The result was far more than I had anticipated because not only did she give me tools to manage my work day, she helped me see that time management spills over into one's entire life.
More important than the productivity tools (like the ideal work week calendar), Ashley has helped me develop a new way of thinking - about how I prioritize and value my time, how to give myself grace so I can get back on track quickly when life doesn't go according to plan, and how to give myself permission to rest. It's no coincidence that the claustrophobic feeling is gone, as Ashley has enabled me with a sustainable mindset to take on whatever comes my way!
